Folklore and the unexplained at Tredegar House

Join us for a mysterious and intriguing guided tour in partnership with the National Trust’s Tredegar House…

Follow  expert historians as they recount some of the more mysterious tales of Tredegar House. From Evan Morgan’s black magic practices, to unexplained memories from those who once lived and worked in the mansion house, this two-hour walking tour will guide you through some of the shrouded stories from Morgan family history… 

Things to note:

  • Make your reservation via Eventbrite below - pay at visitor reception on the night (£12.50 per person). If you are no longer able to make the event please cancel your booking or let us know by emailing tredegar@nationaltrust.org.uk

  • This is a two-hour walking tour of the property, with limited opportunities to rest.

  • The content and length of this tour is designed for adults so not suitable for children – recommended age 14 plus.

  • Due to the historic architecture of the house, the route will include steps and is unfortunately unsuitable those who are less mobile.

  • We are not able to provide refreshments for this event. Food and drink are not allowed in the mansion house and must be securely stowed away when indoors.

Price: £12.50 per person – pay at visitor reception on the night. You’ll need to book in advance for this tour.
