Willow dragonflies, snails and flowers

Willow weaving was a traditional skill on the Gwent Levels so why not come along to Magor Marsh and discover different techniques of willow weaving and basket making.

During this course you will learn the technique of a basket base to make the centre of your flower and then shape willow into petals. You will also make a dragonfly using the corn dolly weave using a jig and also free hand.

Join Sarah Hatton of Hatton Willow in the beautiful surrounds of this popular Nature Reserve!
